The annual evaluation shall be held during the Board's June <br />meeting of each year. <br />(b) At its annual evaluation, the Board will review and reach an <br />understanding with the director of human resources on the Board's <br />expectations and the standards upon which it will evaluate the <br />director's performance for the next evaluation period. <br />(c) The evaluation shall be either "meets expectations" or "does not <br />meet expectations."
