(c) All documents requiring signature must be signed in ink. The signature of the person signing the document constitutes a certification that (1) the person has read the document; (2) to the best of the person's knowledge, information, and beliefs, every statement contained in the document(s) is true and no statement is misleading, and that it is not interposed for delay.
