Commissioner Waipa seconded, and it <br />carried unanimously. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF MARCH 12, 2014 <br />Commissioner De Luz motioned to accept and file the minutes. Commissioner Ignacio <br />seconded the motion, and it carried unanimously. <br /> <br />
