I was not aware he <br />was doing this because this was not my intention to file a complaint against the neighbors at all. <br />I’m not even aware of these violations. <br /> <br />Mr. Henricks: But at no time did you authorize Mr. DeMarco to file a complaint on your behalf. <br /> <br />Ms. Pickens: No. Not this type of complaint. My complaint was why the County investigation <br />was not investigating the neighboring properties and why they were only picking on us so that <br />was my complaint. <br /> <br />Mr. Henricks: And that discussion when you’re asking DeMarco these questions, did you <br />enumerate what complaints you were concerned about? <br /> <br />Ms. Pickens: I said that Mr. Northrop had made me aware of some neighbor’s violations and <br />that’s all I knew. I knew, because he had told me, these neighbors. <br /> <br />Mr. Henricks: But you didn’t enumerate any violations at that time to Mr. DeMarco? <br /> <br />Ms. Pickens: Again, I don’t go into the neighbor’s property. <br /> <br />Mr. Henricks: The reason I ask that is because if you saw the complaint, then the violations are <br />enumerated on the complaint. So he must have gotten that information somewhere. <br /> <br />Ms. Pickens: From Bob Northrop. From Mr. Northrop. Mr. Northrop made me aware of the <br />violations. <br /> <br />Mr. Balsis: So, just to clarify, you did not relay any specific violations to anyone, or you did <br />relay them? <br /> <br />Ms. Pickens: When I spoke to Mr. DeMarco I told him from what I could recall of the <br />violations Mr. Northrop had told me. <br /> <br />Mr. Henricks: So you did? <br /> <br />Ms. Pickens: But I have never witnessed any violations myself. <br /> <br />Mr. Henricks: But you did enumerate some to him so he had something to go on? <br /> <br />Ms. Pickens: I told him he could talk to Mr. Northrop, that’s where he could get clarification on <br />what the violations were. But I was not personally filing a complaint, and no way wanted to file <br />a complaint against the neighbors. <br /> <br />Mr. Balsis: Anymore questions? Anybody need clarifications? Moving on, Mr. Northrop <br />there are, there are some questions as to what was said in the process that came about.
