Review of the executive session minutes of May 14, 2014. <br /> <br /> Motion and vote: Mr. Balsis moved to approve the executive session minutes of May 14, <br />2014. Mr. Hisashima seconded the motion, and all members voted aye. <br /> <br />b. Review of Confidential Financial Disclosure Forms filed pursuant to Section <br />2-91.1(d), Hawai‘i County Code, by County board and commission members and <br />designated County employees, where personal matters were reviewed. <br /> <br /> Mr. Balsis noted that 5 Confidential Financial Disclosures were reviewed, two <br />disclosures, numbers 1 and 5 were incomplete. <br /> <br /> Motion and vote: Mr. Balsis moved to approve the 3 remaining Confidential Financial <br />Disclosures. Mr. Hisashima seconded the motion, and all members voted aye. <br /> <br />7. ANNOUNCEMENTS <br /> <br /> Mr. Balsis announced the Board’s next meeting on July 17, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at a <br />location to be announced at a later date. <br /> <br />8.
