This is being done to <br />provide for the safety of park users, fair attendees, and fair operators <br />setting up and disassembling carnival rides. <br /> <br />The Department of Parks and Recreation asks all motorists to follow the <br />temporary 5 mph speed limit while driving along the park’s beach access <br />road.
