The following are the conditions imposed by the Liquor Commission at its <br />meeting held on October 2, 2003: <br />1. Maximum decibel level allowed from the following areas of the <br />licensed premises: <br />a. Huggo’s on the Rocks: 91 dbs from the area fronting the <br />band. <br />b. Huggo’s: 86 dbs from the area fronting the band. <br />2. That sound meters be used nightly, and should be calibrated <br />with the Department of Liquor Control’s sound meter. <br />3. That group meetings be held one to two times a month, as <br />coordinated by the Department of Liquor Control. <br />4. For Huggo’s on the Rocks, that amplified music cease at <br />11:00 P.M. <br />5. For Huggo’s on the Rocks, that all business operations cease <br />by Midnight. <br />Licensee requests to amend conditions that were imposed on its liquor <br />license. The following are the proposed amendments: <br />1. Licensee requests to extend its hours of live entertainment at an <br />acceptable decibel level to 12:00 midnight on Friday and <br />Saturday nights. <br />VIII. New Business <br />1.
