This is being done to <br />provide for the safety of park users while the E.K. Fernandez Big Island <br />Fair 2014 and then the Color Run event are being held at Kailua Park. <br /> <br />The Department of Parks and Recreation asks all motorists to follow the <br />temporary 5 mph speed limit while driving along the park’s beach access <br />road.
