Subcommittees submit CIP/General budget request to a PCDP Budget Subcommittee member by <br /> October 1st. <br /> 4. Larry/Keiko to send out to the budget subcommittee any new information to the subcommittee from <br /> finance, planning, &subcommittees by Sept. 20th. The questions for the dept. heads can then be fine <br /> tuned via e-mail among the sub-committee members. Two members (one member for each dept. head <br /> meeting) of the Budget subcommittee can be selected to join Larry with a meeting with the dept. heads. <br />
