Emergency Road PETITION #2 to the PCDP Action Committee <br /> We,the undersigned residents of Seaview,feel that the main emergency issue we are facing here is <br /> the long response time for medical emergencies. As health and safety is your stated#1 priority of the <br /> emergency road proposal,we therefore suggest establishing an Ambulance Corps stationed along the <br /> Red Road,which could be manned by certified EMT`s and trained volunteers.
