Merit Appeals Board September 17, 2014 Board Approval Required: Communication 14-01.10, from Julian T. White, Deputy Attorney General, transmitting the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order concerning Communication No. 14-01, appealing a non -selection to a position within the Office of the County Clerk. Based on the forgoing Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law, the Merit Appeals Board orders the appeal be dismissed as untimely. Appeal Hearing: Communication No. 14-02, received on May 28, 2014, appealing a recruitment and examination (minimum qualification requirements) action by the Department of Human Resources; and o Communication No. 14-02.1: From Diane A. Noda, Deputy Corporation Counsel, dated August 5, 2014, requesting continuance of the appeal hearing from August 20, 2014 to September 17, 2014.
