Each <br />emergency kit contained bottled water, <br />cartons of milk, fruit cups, fruit bars, <br />crackers and protein sources. Mahalo! <br /> <br />ALOHA! <br />On page 14, we say “Aloha” to Linnea Reid, <br />who was the Community Service Worker at the <br />Waimea Nutrition Site. <br /> <br />Also retiring was Roger Pflum, the Community <br />Service Worker in charge of the Hilo Nutrition <br />Site at Aunty Sally’s. <br /> <br />Lunch With Miyo <br />Pāhala seniors enjoyed shrimp tempura <br />and beef teriyaki at Miyo’s Restaurant on a <br />recent outing to Hilo. <br />Standing in back is owner Miyo.
