Roger Harris will report on the status of drafting letter requesting funding <br />availability/status from the Department of Public Works for traffic study <br />projects in the Waimea/Kawaihae areas. <br />Discussion of Update Issues/Suggestions for the SKCDP/General Plan <br />d. <br />The Action Committee will begin discussion on potential amendments for the <br />SKCDP and the General Plan to be forwarded to the Planning Department. <br />Please see attached for the Issues/Suggestion list. <br />Discussion Items proposed by Action Committee Member Kit Roehrig <br />e. <br />i. Should There be a committee made up of a representative of all the action <br />committees to meet periodically <br />ii. Create a permanent filing system which will be made available to the <br />public <br />iii. Appoint a person monthly to check email. Each member of committee <br />provide our email address to 6 people or organizations by next meeting. <br />iv. Report by Planning Department on progress of filling committee vacancies <br />and discuss ideas on how to fill them. <br />v.
