Ashida: 2/3rds vote of all members who are present - how many members do <br />you have today? <br /> <br />Chair Sylvester: Five members. <br /> <br />L. Ashida: So we need four to vote for the Executive Session. 80%. \[Unclear\] <br />executive session but you state the reason on the record for the purpose of the <br />Executive Session and \[unclear\]. <br /> <br />D.
