Command: They can form the committee but they have to spell out which <br />items they’re planning on discussing. <br /> <br />L. Ashida: Yes. <br /> <br />B. You have to identify scope. <br />Second meeting is report back no deliberation. Third meeting is deliberation and <br />decision making. Develop scope. <br /> <br />B.
