The Merit Appeals Board has arranged for a confidential employee <br />survey to be administered to County of Hawaii department directors <br />and program administrators. We are confident that with your support, <br />the information gained through this survey will go a long way to <br />helping the Department of Human Resources improve! <br />Participation is voluntary and it is our sincere hope that you will assist <br />us by participating! You will remain anonymous as your individual <br />identity is not being requested. Also, please know that survey <br />responses are being collected and aggregated by a third party with <br />survey results be forwarded to the Merit Appeals Board. <br />Statistical information gained from this survey will be shared on a <br />"need to know" basis. Ronald Takahashi, Human Resources Director, <br />will be provided a numerical summary of all responses but will NOT be <br />provided information concerning who responded or did not respond to <br />the survey, or what individual responses were given. <br />The survey includes twelve (12) questions and is estimated to take <br />five (5) to ten (10) minutes to complete.
