The property is located on the north side of Old Volcano Road approximately 1,500 <br />feet east of the Pearl Avenue-Old Volcano Road intersection, ‘Ōla‘a Summer Lots, Volcano, <br />Puna District, Hawai‘i, TMK: 1-9-003:002. <br /> <br />At 9:48 a.m., Chairman Miyasato announced that the Applicant (Peter Blake) withdrew <br />his application. <br /> <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS/ANNOUNCEMENTS - <br />The Commission took up the <br />following at 9:49 a.m. <br /> <br /> <br />1.Status of applications heard by Windward Planning Commission that are pending before <br />County Council. <br /> <br />Ms. Jackson briefly updated the Commission on applications that are pending before the County <br />Council. She said that the B2-II Educational Trust Change of Zone application (A-3a and A-1a <br />to FA-1a,Waiākea area) and the Jason DePonte Change of Zone application (A-3a to RA-1a, <br />Waiākea area) were approved by the County Council. Ms. Jackson stated that the LK & RR <br />Enterprises, LLC Change of Zone application (RS-10 to CN-10, Waiākea Houselots area) was <br />being heard at the Council at that moment, and that several Council Members have expressed <br />concern regarding that request.
