Any discussion or comments? <br /> <br />DARROW: Thank you, Mr. Chairman. If I can just make sure we are all clear on the condition <br />changes. I’ll just go through those before we vote on the motion. Condition 4, with the changes <br />that have been spoken about, will read, “All vertical structures shall be setback a minimum of 60 <br />feet from the August 1, 2014 pending certified shoreline or, in its absence, an updated certification <br />prior to the issuance of any land disturbance permit. This restriction shall not apply to non-vertical <br />structures such as a swimming pool, landscaping and irrigation lines,” correct? <br /> <br />FUKE: And their corresponding underground utility lines. <br /> <br />DARROW: “And corresponding underground utility lines, provided that in no event shall any of <br />those types of improvements occur within 40 feet of the certified shoreline.” Okay. Condition 6 <br />and Condition 17 will remain the same as stated within the applicant’s submittal. With that, we’ll <br />take the roll call.
