Emergency Road PETITION #2 to the PCDP Action Committee <br /> We, the undersigned residents of Seaview, feel that the main emergency <br /> issue we are facing here is the long response time for medical emergencies. As <br /> health and safety is your stated#1 priority of the emergency road proposal, we <br /> therefore suggest establishing an Ambulance Corps stationed along the Red <br /> Road, which could be manned by certified EMT's and trained volunteers. We <br /> believe that tax dollars spent on this proposal as opposed to a road would <br /> address our main emergency issue in a more economical and effective way. <br /> If a new road is truly needed we would like to suggest one as pictured on the <br /> attached map.
