<br />Jojo Tanimoto Moved to forward to the Planning Department a proposed budget for the <br />38 <br />committee operations. Roger Harris seconded. Unanimous approval given. <br />39 <br /> Priority Projects of SKCPAC <br />e. <br />40 <br />Former Action Committee Member Margaret Horwatt drafted a list of projects that the Action <br />41 <br />Committee and its’ Subcommittees have been working on. The Chair asked each of the <br />42 <br />committee members to look at the list and update the status and relate to the goals listed in the <br />43 <br />CDP. The committee members were also asked to update the reference information of matrix to <br />44 <br />action items from CDP. <br />45 <br />For those projects that are not in the CDP the committee is asked to identify projects for <br />46 <br />amendment to CDP and General Plan. <br />47 <br /> Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). <br />f. <br />48 <br />The budget are still being discussed between the County Council and Administration, further <br />49 <br />updates will be forthcoming. <br />50 <br /> Discussion of Update Issues/Suggestions for the SKCDP/General Plan <br />g. <br />51 <br />The Kawaihae Subcommittee has identified possible suggestions for the Kawaihae Community <br />52 <br />for amendment to the SKCDP and General Plan during recent meetings (adding Historical Sites, <br />53 <br />Underground Utilities). <br />54 <br />The Waikoloa Subcommittee is looking at their goals and projects and looking at prioritizing <br />55 <br />and updating. <br />56 <br /> Discussion of Website Information <br />h. <br />57 <br />Staff reported that documents located on the website are being moved to the Laserfiche site to <br />58 <br />comply with ADA requirements. If documents need to be modified before reposting (such as <br />59 <br />the CDP itself) to be able to be ADA compliant it will take a little longer. <br />60 <br />As documents are submitted for posting have been turned in they will be scanned and posted. <br />61 <br />Staff asked the committee for suggestions for organization for the site. <br />62 <br /> <br />2.Sub-Committee Reports. <br />63 <br /> Permit Activity Comments from Action Committee <br />a. – <br />64 <br /> <br />i. <br />65 <br />Subdivider WAIKOLOA BAPTIST CHURCH (SUB-13-001251) Location: Waikoloa, South <br />66 <br />Kohala, TMK: 6-8-002:031, Land Area: 12.38 ac., No. of Lots: 5, Size of Lots: 21,674 sq. ft. to <br /> Waikoloa Subcommittee, John Mueller, reviewed and stated that the general <br />67 <br />8.333 ac. <br />location map sent with the notice was not correct and that from discussion with the Pastor <br />68 <br />has questions regarding possible location so access.(review of the subdivision file by the <br />69 <br />subcommittee was not done to review the proposed configuration) Discussion by the AC <br />70 <br />resulted in a recommendation that a letter be drafted by the Chair to have the County limit <br />71 <br />the access of the subdivision to one driveway from Paniolo Drive for safety concerns. <br />72 <br />Motion for the letter made by Roger Harris and seconded by Jojo Tanimoto.
