CALL TO ORDER: Quorum established. <br /> II. ROLL CALL: Per B. Kossow: <br /> Willie-Joe Camara, District 1 <br /> Dwayne "Ike" Yoshina, District L <br /> Anthony "Tony" Sylvester, District 3 <br /> Paul Bueltmann, District 4 —Absent <br /> Thomas H. Lodge, District 5 <br /> Kenneth "Kalani" DeCoito, District 6 — arrived later <br /> District 7 - Vacant <br /> Mark C. GUESTS: Lisa Hadway, Division of Forestry and Wildlife, Administrator <br /> Chair Lodge welcomed everyone and thanked all of the public testifiers for <br /> attending to share their thoughts and insights and comments. He also thanked <br /> Lisa Hadway and her staff for attending the meeting to answer any specific <br /> questions and to share their comments. <br /> Chair Lodge read the Charter Section 6-9.3 of the Game Management Advisory <br /> Commission. "There shall be a game management advisory commission <br /> consisting of nine members who shall be appointed by the mayor and confirmed <br /> by the council. One member shall be a resident of each council district. The <br /> terms of the members shall be as prescribed in Section 13-4. The commission <br /> shall select its chairperson from its voting members, and five voting members <br /> shall constitute a quorum." <br /> "For the benefit of present and future generations, the game management <br /> advisory commission shall advise County, State and Federal agencies on <br /> 1 <br />
