<br /> <br /> <br />NORTH KOHALA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />ACTION COMMITTEE MINUTES <br /> <br />Monday, May 12, 2014, 5:00 pm <br />North Kohala Senior Center, 54-3900 Akoni Pule Hwy., Kohala, HI 96755 <br /> <br />ATTENDANCE <br />1. Members Present: John Winter, Faith Yates, Susan Fischer, Frank Cipriani, <br />Joe Carvalho, Christopher “Keone” MacKillop, and Jon Adams. <br />2. Members absent: none. <br />Also present was Rosalind Newlon from the Office of the Hawai’i County <br />Planning Department. <br />3. Public Attendance: Marlene Ching, Dave Hirt, Lucy Pasco, Michael Pasco, <br />Gale Perez, Lynda Wallach, Toni Withington, Carter Collins and Susan <br />Laughlin. <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 5:00 pm by Chair, <br />John Winter. <br /> <br />II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Minutes of the Meetings of Minutes of the <br />Meetings of February 10, 2014 and April 14, 2014. <br /> <br />Minutes of the February 10, 2014 meeting were reviewed and discussed by <br />the AC Members. A motion to approve the minutes was made by Frank <br />Cipriani and seconded by Joe Carvalho, and were unanimously approved <br />with changes submitted by the AC members. <br /> <br />Minutes of the April 14, 2014 meeting were reviewed and discussed by the <br />AC Members. A motion to approve the minutes was made by Frank Cipriani <br />and seconded by Joe Carvalho, and were unanimously approved with <br />changes submitted by the AC members. <br /> <br />III. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS: None. <br /> <br />IV. BUSINESS OF THE COMMITTEE: <br />A. The Water, Parks and Roads subcommittee will bring forward a report <br /> on Water Supply to the Action Committee. <br /> <br />John Winter presented the Water Supply report followed by a brief <br />discussion of the Action Committee. A motion to approve the Water <br />Supply report was made by Jon Adams and was seconded by Joe <br />Carvalho, and was unanimously approved. <br /> <br /> 1 <br /> <br />
