That I am aware of the State of Hawai' i laws requiring the use of seat belts for: <br />• All front seat passengers; <br />• All back seat passengers; <br />• All children under four years of age must be properly restrained in a child <br />safety seat, and ages four to seven in a booster seat. <br />2.
