6. Communication No. 2014-76-Town Hall Subcommittee: Members of the Town Hall <br /> Subcommittee will present their letter that summarizes the information collected from <br /> Community Associations regarding Village Town Center locations that may serve as <br /> appropriate sites for the relocation of businesses affected by the lava flow on either a temporary <br /> or permanent basis for approval by the AC to be forwarded on to the Planning Director. <br /> (15 min) <br /> 7. Impact of the Lava: The PCDP AC will discuss the impacts that the lava flow is having on <br /> the Puna Community and the potential short term and long-range effect it may have on <br /> implementing the PCDP. (15 min) <br /> UNFINISHED BUSINESS: <br /> 1. Communication No. 2014-63.1 - Draft Grubbing and Grading Bill Proposed by Malama <br /> O Puna: The AC will consider a draft bill presented by Rene, proposing stiff fines and <br /> penalties for land owners and heavy equipment operators who violate the existing grubbing and <br /> grading laws. (20 min) <br /> AGENDA FOR NEXT MEETING: Agenda item suggestions from the AC for the December 9, <br /> 2014 meeting. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> NOTE: Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service,other reasonable modification,or language interpretation to access this meeting <br /> please contact the Planning Department at 961-8288 as soon as possible,but no later than five working days prior to the meeting date,to <br /> arrange for accommodations. "Other reasonable modification"refers to communication methods or devices for people with disabilities <br /> who are mentally and/or physically challenged. <br /> If you are a lobbyist,you must register with the Hawai'i County Clerk within five days of becoming a lobbyist.
