CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order by Chair Maddox at 1:02 p.m. Chair Maddox <br />called for a five minute recess to reconvene in the Liquor Control Conference Room on <br />the second floor at the West Hawai‘i Civic Center. Meeting reconvened at 1:11 p.m. <br /> <br />2. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC <br /> <br /> No statements from the public. <br /> <br />3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES (10-16-14) <br /> <br /> Motion and Vote: <br /> Mr. Perry moved to approve the minutes of the <br />October 16, 2014.
