ADJOURNMENT <br /> "IF YOU REQUIRE AN ACCOMMODATION OR AUXILIARY AID AND/OR <br /> SERVICES TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS MEETING (I.E., SIGN LANGUAGE <br /> INTERPRETER, LARGE PRINT) PLEASE CALL ROXANNE ABURAMEN AT <br /> 934-3345. <br /> Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Hawai'i Revised Statutes (hereinafter HRS) <br /> 92-3.5, the Committee on the Status of Women will be conducting this meeting via <br /> video conference. Committee Members will be present at the following locations: <br /> Office of the Prosecuting Attorney Conference Room <br /> 655 Kilauea Avenue, Hilo <br /> and <br /> Mayor's Conference Room <br /> West Hawaii Civic Center <br /> 74-5044 Ane Keohokalole Highway, Kailua-Kona <br /> Public attendance via videoconference is available at the above locations. If the <br /> audio between the above locations is lost for more than a short period of time, the <br /> meeting will be terminated, even if a quorum of the Committee is physically present <br /> in one of the above locations. <br /> Notice to Lobbyists: If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawaii County <br /> Clerk within five days of becoming a lobbyist. {Article 15, Section 2-91.3(b), Hawaii <br /> County Code} A lobbyist means "any individual engaged for pay or other <br /> consideration who spends more than five hours in any month or $275 in any six- <br /> month period for the purpose of attempting to influence legislative or administrative <br /> action by communicating or urging others to communicate with public offices." <br /> {Article 15, Section 2-91.3(a)(6), Hawaii County Code} Registration forms and <br /> expenditure report documents are available at the County Clerk-Council, 25 Aupuni <br /> Street, Hilo Hawaii 96720. <br /> Revised 12/4/14 <br />
