Unfinished Business <br />(10:00 A.M.) <br />1. Olu Kai, Ltd., dba Huggo’s <br />, located at 75-5828 Kahakai Road, <br />Kailua-Kona, Hawai‘i,TMK: 7-5-009:014 and 016, pursuant to Rule 1-16 of <br /> <br />the Rules and Regulations of the Liquor Commission of the Department of <br />Liquor Control of the County of Hawai‘i, State of Hawai‘i, submits request to <br />amend conditions placed on its liquor license. <br /> The following are the conditions imposed by the Liquor Commission at its <br />meeting held on October 2, 2003: <br />1. Maximum decibel level allowed from the following areas of the <br />licensed premises: <br />a. Huggo’s on the Rocks: 91 dbs from the area fronting the <br />band. <br />b. Huggo’s: 86 dbs from the area fronting the band. <br />2. That sound meters be used nightly, and should be calibrated <br />with the Department of Liquor Control’s sound meter. <br />3. That group meetings be held one to two times a month, as <br />coordinated by the Department of Liquor Control. <br />4. For Huggo’s on the Rocks, that amplified music cease at <br />11:00 P.M. (2014-09-04: Fridays and Saturdays extended to <br />12:00 Midnight). <br />5. For Huggo’s on the Rocks, that all business operations cease <br />by Midnight. <br />Licensee requests to amend and/or remove conditions #3, #4, and #5 <br />placed on its liquor license. <br />VIII.
