What specific building plans do you have for the subject land? Include in your answer the <br />following: type of building, apartment, office, launderette, etc.; financing management; <br />timetable for construction; and any other information which you feel might help us in evaluating <br />your request. <br />The project has approved plans to construct a regional trade center with potentially five (5) <br />separate buildings, containing approximately 24,000 square feet in total floor area. The project <br />is located on 2.31 acres of fee simple land. <br />The Orchidland project is presently self financed. <br />Construction of the proposed development will recommence as soon as possible and shall <br />be completed as viable tenants are procured, but hopefully within five (5) years <br />
