5. Communication No. 2015 -1: Draft Letter Regarding the Acquisition of Land adjacent to <br />Luquin's Restaurant. The PCDP AC will consider a draft letter urging the acquisition of the <br />parking lot area adjacent to Luquin's Restaurant. <br />(15 min) <br />6. Communication No. 2014 -82: Response to South Kohala CDP Chair. AC Members will <br />review a letter written by the Planning Director in response to a request for an Island -wide <br />Action Committee Council. (15 min) <br />7. Impact of the Lava: The Puna CDP AC will discuss the impacts that the lava flow is having <br />on the Puna Community and the potential short term and long -range effect it may have on <br />implementing the Puna CDP. <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS: None <br />(15 min) <br />AGENDA FOR NEXT MEETING: Agenda item suggestions from the AC for the February 10, <br />2015 meeting. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />NOTE: Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service, other reasonable modification, or language interpretation to access this meeting <br />please contact the Planning Department at 961 -8288 as soon as possible, but no later than five working days prior to the meeting date, to <br />arrange for accommodations. A lobbyist means, "any individual engaged for pay or other consideration who spends more than five <br />hours in any month or $275 in any six -month period for the purpose of attempting to influence legislative or administrative action my <br />communicating or urging others to communicate with public officials."
