If not, would anyone like to make a motion for <br />an executive session? <br /> <br />ONO: I move for an executive session, please. <br /> <br />MIYASATO: To—reasons? <br /> <br />ONO: For the sake of clarification regarding the legality of this-- <br /> <br />PATEL: --related to the Commission’s powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities <br />pursuant to HRS 92-4 and -5? <br /> <br />ONO: Sounds good. <br /> <br />MIYASATO: Do I have a second? <br /> <br />IKEDA: Second. <br /> <br />MIYASATO: All in favor? <br /> <br />COMMISSIONERS: Aye. <br /> <br />MIYASATO: Any opposed? We’ll go into executive session. <br /> <br />At 11:00 a.m., it was moved by Commissioner Ono and seconded by Commissioner Ikeda that <br />the Commission go into executive session to consult with its attorney regarding questions and <br />issues pertaining to the Commission’s powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities, <br />pursuant to Hawai‘i Revised Statutes Sections 92-4 and 92-5.
