<br />V. TREASURER’S REPORT <br />Farrah moved to approve the Treasurer’s Report, Roxanne seconded. <br />Treasurer’s Report approved as submitted. <br /> <br />VI. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />Reminder to have the agenda posted outside the meeting room at each <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Action: Need to clarify whose role this is. <br /> <br />VII. CORRESPONDENCE <br />Acknowledgement of email that Belinda Hall will be replacing Margaret <br />Masunaga as corporation counsel assigned to the CSW. <br /> <br />Acknowledgement of Katie Nova’s resignation via email. Thank you to Katie <br />Nova for her years of service on the CSW. <br /> <br />VIII. REPORTS <br />A. Liaison <br /> <br />HSCSW Executive Director Betts did a refresher on Act 206 and plans to <br />take that training to other islands. <br /> <br />The Hawaii State CSW is pushing to ensure that information regarding <br />emergency contraception in the ERs across the state is consistent. <br /> <br />With exception of 2 commissioners, HSCSW representation will be new <br />commissioners. With new state leadership, there could be a change in <br />leadership at the HSCSW. <br /> <br />Women’s Legislative Caucus is still working on finalizing the legislative <br />package. Items that will likely be included are: Paid Family Leave, <br />Affirmation Consent, Driver’s License and State IDs for Undocumented <br />People, and HPV Education. <br /> <br />The HSCSW is still holding $7,500 for Teen Dating Violence Radio Ads. <br />This is for PSAs for Sexual Violence Primary Prevention. <br /> <br />Action: Cyd will work to get this project complete as soon as <br />possible. <br /> <br />The Real Man Program sub-committee was encouraged to reach out to <br />the Fatherhood Initiative locally as a potential partner. <br /> <br />The HSCSW is looking at scheduling the State CSW meeting in April <br />around our Essay Contest Luncheon. <br /> <br />Elena distributed a flier on the Residency Program. <br />2 <br /> <br />
