E. Urgent Services Directory for Families <br />i. The Prosecuting Attorney’s Office will be updating the Urgent <br />Services Directory. It is unclear what this means. <br />ii. Print quality may not be very good on lavender paper. A decision <br />was made to change the paper color to yellow. <br /> <br />Action: Clarify with Prosecuting Attorney’s Office on what updating <br />means. <br /> <br />X. NEW BUSINESS <br />A. Formation and Selection of Members to Sub-committees <br />i. Content & Applications <br /> <br />a. Objective is to develop teen dating violence prevention <br />content and utilize appropriate methods for dissemination <br />of that information. <br />b. Farrah and Mele will serve on this sub-committee. <br />ii. Real Man Program <br />a. Objective is to develop a community awareness <br />project targeted toward young men and those who <br />influence young men to prevent teen dating violence. <br />b. Brooke and Kim will serve on this sub-committee. <br />iii. Teen Summit <br />1. There will be no sub-committee for this item. See IX, D, iii. <br /> <br />VI. ANNOUNCEMENTS (relating to CSW) <br />A. Next Meeting – December 12, 2014 from 10am to 12pm, Waikoloa - exact <br />location TBD <br />Action: Invite Katie to this meeting. <br />B. Gift exchange for those who want to participate, amount not to exceed <br />$15. <br />C. Unable to locate white CSW banner. <br />Action: Carol will ask Roxanne to look for white banner. <br />Action: Include ‘Purchase of Banner’ on next agenda. <br />D. Hazel and Mele worked CSW Operational Guidelines. <br />Action: Include ‘Approval of CSW Operational Guidelines’ on next <br />agenda. <br /> <br />VII.
