Code relating to regulations for dwellings within the Industrial-Commercial Mixed Zoning <br />District and the County Council initiated Bill No. 266 relating to subdivision applications, <br />Mr. Arai stated that the Commission’s favorable recommendations had been forwarded to <br />the County Council, but that neither item had been placed on its Planning Committee agenda <br />thus far. <br /> <br /> <br />2.Election of Officers for 2015 – Commissioner Hickcox recommended that Chair Beaudet be <br />re-elected. With a second by Commissioner Whittemore and an affirmative voice vote of all <br />Commissioners, Chair Beaudet accepted the chairmanship for the coming year. <br />Commissioner Hickcox then nominated Commissioner Whittemore as vice chairman. The <br />nomination was seconded by Chair Beaudet and unanimously supported by a voice vote of <br />all Commissioners.
