Kohala CDP is no longer on the website and she is <br />205 asking for a formal commitment to get it back up immediately. <br />206 Anika motioned for the SKCDP to be back on the website immediately. Mueller <br />207 2nded the motion, Cohen made an amendment to the motion to establish a timeline <br />208 of 30 days or ASAP. All in favor as amended, none opposed. <br />209 Per Deanne, the document was removed due to it is being prepared for ADA <br />210 compliance but a notice has been placed on the website that the doc can be sent <br />211 electronically to anyone who requests it. <br />212 Anika motioned that a doc sharing program be investigated that is legal and does <br />213 not violate the sunshine law.
