Secretary <br />Elena Cabatu (ex -officio) <br />Hazel officially welcomed Belinda Hall to her first in-person CSW meeting. <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Hazel requested to add the following items under New Business: B. How to <br />honor Katie, C. Purchasing More Bags, D. Report on Navy Sexual Assault <br />Campaign. <br />Brooke moved to accept the agenda as amended. Mele seconded. Agenda <br />approved as amended. <br />IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Kim moved to approve November 14, 2014 meeting minutes. Brooke <br />seconded. Minutes were approved as submitted. <br />V. TREASURER'S REPORT <br />Mele reminded those members who do not claim for mileage reimbursement <br />to still provide her with mileage information for in-kind documentation. <br />Hawai'i County is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer <br />
