The funds from these fees will be used to provide green waste areas in more <br />transfer stations and possible on-site mulching. Implementation process is currently being <br />defined. <br /> <br />VOLCANO TRANSFER STATION blessing is tentatively scheduled for sometime in the week of <br />December 8, 2014. If this is successful, it may be opened up to the public for lava viewing if lava <br />remains inactive in the area.
