Hawai'i Police Commission <br />Meeting Agenda <br />February 20, 2015 <br />Page 2 <br />• Personnel report. <br />• Finance report. <br />• Commendations of sworn and civilian employees. <br />• Other departmental activities. <br />(CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION AT APPROXIMATELY 10:00 A.M.) <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />The commission will meet in executive session to consult with Corporation Counsel on <br />questions and issues pertaining to the commission's powers, duties, privileges, <br />immunities, and liabilities; to consider discipline and charges against officers or <br />employees of the Hawaii Police Department, to consider sensitive matters relating to <br />public safety; and to conduct an annual evaluation of the police chief pursuant to HRS <br />92-5 (a) (2) (4) (6) and the Hawaii County Charter Section 13-20 (b). <br />• Investigation and deliberation of complaints. (Briefly summarized.) <br />✓ HPC 14-36: Complainant complained about the actions of four officers when she <br />went to the police station to serve documents. <br />✓ HPC 14-38: Complainant was issued a citation for no seatbelt.
