 <br /> <br />Planning Director initiated amendment to the Zoning Code relating to regulations for <br />dwellings within the Industrial-Commercial Mixed Zoning: The Council Planning <br />Committee has continued its hearing to allow the Planning Director to address some of <br />the Committee members’ concerns primarily about potential conflicts between industrial <br />and residential uses. <br /> <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS – Mr. Darrow announced that the next meeting was scheduled for February <br />19, 2015, with tentatively several items on the agenda. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT – There being no further business, at 9:53 a.m., it was moved by Commissioner <br />Hickcox and seconded by Commissioner Nobriga that the meeting be adjourned.
