D. Urgent Services Directory for Families <br />1. A college intern in the Prosecuting Attorney's Office will do all the <br />directory updates. <br />2. A section on Teen Services will be added. <br />3. The Prosecutor's Office will not alphabetize entries within each <br />category. <br />4. Mele motioned to move $500 from the Real Man project (Council <br />Money) to add to the $400 already budgeted to procure better quality <br />paper for the Urgent Services Directory. Brooke seconded. Motion <br />carried. The Directory will be distributed at the TDV Conference. <br />E. Sub -Committee Reports <br />Tabled <br />F. Purchase of Banner <br />Action: Hazel will send photos of the yellow banner and vendor <br />information to Roxanne to put out for bid. <br />X. NEW BUSINESS <br />A. Approval of CSW Operational Guidelines — tabled <br />B. Review of CSW By-laws — tabled. <br />Action: Add Approval of CSW Operational Guidelines and Review of By - <br />Laws to the next meeting agenda. There is a desire to discuss how to <br />amend by-laws to allow more community involvement. <br />C. Finance Department Meeting (January 6t") - covered in Treasurer's <br />Report. <br />D. 2015-2016 Budget Request Meeting — covered in Treasurer's Report. <br />E. Lawyer's Without Rights <br />Carol requests CSW support for the program Lawyers Without Rights, an <br />exhibit highlights how the Nazis pursued lawyers to purge the rule of law from <br />their land. Carol motions to support the event with up to $200?, if available. <br />XXX seconded. Motion carried. <br />XI. ANNOUNCEMENTS (relating to CSW) <br />All Committee members, please bring all the bags to the next meeting or <br />count of your inventory. We would like to distribute these at the TDV <br />Conference. <br />Next Meeting — February 4, 2015 via video from 10am to 12pm. <br />XII.
