<br /> <br />4.Pāhoa Regional Town Center Plan Subcommittee (PRTCPSC) report and discussion on <br />Planning Department letter regarding hiring a consultant for the Pāhoa Plan and <br />Wastewater Treatment Study (Communication No. 2015-17) and consideration and <br />possible action on a draft response letter to the Planning Department to reconsider <br />Department’s position (Communication No. 2015-17.1): <br />Members of the subcommittee will <br />report on their recent activities. Additionally, the AC will discuss the Planning Department’s <br />letter regarding the hiring of a Consultant for the Pāhoa Regional Town Center and Wastewater <br />Treatment Study. The AC will discuss and consider action on a draft letter from the AC <br />requesting reconsideration of the Planning Department’s position on hiring a Consultant. <br /> <br /> (30 min) <br /> <br />5.Volcano Long Range Plan Subcommittee (VLRPS) report and discussion on Planning <br />Department response letter to VLRPS submittal (Communication No. 2015-14) and <br />consideration and possible action on a letter from the VLRPS requesting advice on <br />engaging the Planning Department for assistance with the Volcano Long Range Plan <br />(Communication No. 2015-20): <br />Members of the VLRPS will report on the activities of the <br />subcommittee. Additionally, the AC will discuss the Planning Department’s response letter to <br />the Volcano Long Range Plan submittal. The AC will also discuss and consider action on a <br />letter from the VLRPS requesting advice on how to engage the Planning Department for <br />assistance. (30 min) <br /> <br />6.Communication No. 2015-15: Mt. View Village Center Plan Subcommittee (MTVS): <br />Patti <br />Pinto will report on the activities of the subcommittee. The report consists of general <br /> <br />subcommittee topics including the following: <br /> <br />-Continued review of the information collected during the assets survey. <br /> <br />-Continued work by the writing groups. <br /> <br />-Discussion of news relevant to MTVS. (10 min) <br /> <br />7.Communication No. 2015-19: Budget Subcommittee Report: <br />Members of the <br /> <br />subcommittee will report on the activities of the subcommittee. (20 min) <br /> <br />8.General Plan Update: <br />The AC will discuss the GP update as related to the PCDP.
