Joe Carvalho also brought up <br />104 the spelling of the word column. <br />105 <br />106 Joe Carvalho made a motion to approve the annual report as amended <br />107 and it will be published in Kohala Mountain News. Jon Adams <br />108 seconded that motion, and it was carried unanimously. <br />109 <br />110 V.SUBCOMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br />111 <br />112 a.Growth Management: Jon Adams reported that are no updates at this <br /> <br />113 time. There have been no applications and the meeting was cancelled <br />114 this month. <br />115 <br />116 b.Public Access: Report by Keone MacKillop <br /> <br />117 <br /> <br />118 Hapu’u Kapanaia – Keone explained that Toni Withington gave <br /> <br />119 a report and updated on the new partners that they are <br />120 working with. <br /> <br />121 Halelua – No update. <br /> <br /> <br />122 Kauhola Lighthouse – Keone informed the AC that there are <br /> <br />123 volunteer workdays every month. <br /> <br />124 Halaula Mill Road – No update. <br /> <br /> <br />125 Ainakea Makai – Everything has been wrapped up and this <br /> <br />126 item can be taken off the list for future meetings and agendas. <br /> <br />127 Pahoa Beach – Keone stated that there are a few spots that <br /> <br />128 they have been covering, and he will go back and review these <br />129 spots. <br /> <br />130 Upolu Airport – Keone stated that this is another item that he <br /> <br />131 will go back and review. <br /> <br />132 Restoration at Upolu Airport – In regards to the planting that <br /> <br />133 has been done, there has been an amazing survival rate, and <br />134 the rains have really helped. <br /> <br />135 Kaiholena Lot F – There is one final hold up, but is pretty much <br /> <br />136 closing escrow. <br /> <br /> <br />
