Māmalahoa Highway and within the Lalamilo Farm Lots Subdivision at Lalamilo, South Kohala, <br />Hawai‘i, TMK: 6-6-005:032 (portion). <br /> <br />The Commission took up this item at 10:02 a.m. with approximately 60 people from the public in <br />attendance. <br /> <br />(SEE EXHIBIT B) <br /> <br />MINUTES – The Commission took up the following minutes at 1:07 p.m.: <br /> <br />February 19, 2015 – It was moved by Commissioner Hickcox and seconded by Commissioner <br />Whittemore that the minutes be approved as submitted. The motion was unanimously carried by a <br />voice vote of all Commissioners present. <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS – The Commission took up the following matters at 1:08 p.m.: <br /> <br /> <br />1.Status of applications heard by Leeward Planning Commission that are pending before <br />County Council. – None. <br /> <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS – Mr. Darrow reminded the Commissioners to file their annual financial <br />disclosure with the Board of Ethics, if they had not done so. He also reminded them that Sunshine <br />Law training and Ethics training were being offered by the Office of the Corporation Counsel in <br />April. He announced that two new members of the Commission, Scott Church and Oliver “Sonny” <br />Shimaoka, had just been confirmed by the County Council. Lastly, he advised that the next meeting <br />was scheduled for April 16, 2015. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT – There being no further business, at 1:10 p.m., it was moved by Commissioner <br />Hickcox and seconded by Commissioner Unger that the meeting be adjourned.
