Ms. Kahakalau: Has everyone had an opportunity to review that particular petition? <br /> Motion and Vote: Ms. Kahakalau moved to approve Petition No. 2015-02 informal <br /> advisory opinion. Mr. Goodenow seconded the motion. All members voted aye. <br /> Mr. Adams: It's my memory that we do have one petition that's still has been <br /> tabled, that we were waiting for a quorum. It's not in today's <br /> agenda, so we cannot consider it, but assuming that we'll all be <br /> available next meeting. I'd like to at least bring that forward for <br /> consideration next meeting. <br /> Mr. Yoshimoto; That is the plan. <br /> Motion and Vote: Ms. Kahakalau moved to go into executive session for the purpose of <br /> reviewing executive session minutes of March 11, 2015, to review Confidential Financial <br /> Disclosure Fortns, and to consult with legal counsel, as deemed necessary at the time. <br /> Mr. Adams seconded the motion. All members voted aye. <br /> 10:22 a.m. The Board left regular session. <br /> * * <br /> 10:46 a.m. The Board returned to regular session. <br /> 6. VOTING ON EXECUTIVE SESSION MATTERS <br /> a. Review of the executive session minutes of March 11, 2015. <br /> Motion and Vote: Ms. Kahakalau moved to approve the executive session minutes of <br /> March 11, 2015. Mr. Goodenow seconded the motion. All members voted aye. <br /> b. Review of Confidential Financial Disclosure Forms filed pursuant to Section <br /> 2-91.1(d), Hawai`i County Code, by County board and commission members <br /> and designated County employees, where personal matters will be reviewed. <br /> Ms. Kahakalau stated that they reviewed six (6) financial disclosure forms. Approved <br /> financial disclosure forms numbers 1, 3 and 4. Of those, numbers, 3, 5, 6 were referred <br /> back for further information. <br /> Motion and Vote: Ms. Kahakalau moved to approve all other financial disclosure forms <br /> and be filed for further review as required. Mr. Adams seconded the motion. All <br /> members voted aye. <br />
