So, just for <br />information to the Commission, prior to that hearing, we’re gonna meeting with representatives <br />of the Commission as well as applicants and petitioner and set a schedule in regards to submittals <br />of witness list, exhibit list, pre-hearing conference—to set up that schedule. So, prior to that <br />meeting, everything should be complete, and then we should be ready to proceed with the <br />contested case. <br /> <br />MOSES: Okay. <br /> <br />PATEL: Do you— <br /> <br />RAZNOV (from audience): May the petitioners speak on that issue? <br /> <br />PATEL: As to the, the dates? <br /> <br />RAZNOV (from audience): Correct. <br /> <br />MOSES: Yes. <br /> <br />RAZNOV (from audience): Should I just come forward? <br /> <br />MOSES: Yes. <br /> <br />RAZNOV: Hi, this is Jill Raznov again for the petitioners. Just so the Commissioner, <br />Commission understands, we have been in negotiations with the applicants on trying to resolve <br />this, and we have met before this hearing, and we have agreed to try to continue in the next thirty <br />days to resolve this, so we would request that the Commission allow us some time to do so.
