If the answer is no, then please consider my simple and <br />reasonable edits to the proposed conditions provided for, with rationale for my edits, and most <br />importantly, do not grant HOVE RMC’s petition for standing in contested case procedure. My <br />client does not wish to drag this process out further, incur any unnecessary costs personally for <br />that of the County or even for that of HOVE RMC. <br /> <br />Again, I personally pledge to work and cooperate with both my client and HOVE RMC.
