Planning Department provide to the Action Committee (AC): <br /> <br />a. Concise articulation of the process and time line to be followed. <br /> <br />b. A precise definition, by Policy number reference, of the areas of Chapter 4 considered <br /> <br />problems, together with proposed text of changes perceived as necessary and the <br /> <br />rationale therefore. <br /> <br />c. A statement of desired outcomes for their view and follow on steps committed for <br /> <br /> <br />implementation of the Kona CDP. <br /> <br />SUBCOMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />Action Committee will review the sub-committee reports, <br />recommended motions and discussion items to place on the next meeting agenda for action. <br /> <br />1.
