(15 min) <br />4. Mt. View Village Center Plan Subcommittee (MTVS): Patti Pinto will inform the AC on the <br />activities of the subcommittee. <br />(10 min) <br />5. Communication No. 2015 -31: Mass Transit Subcommittee (MTS): June Conant will <br />inform the AC on the activities of the subcommittee. The subcommittee minutes consists of <br />general subcommittee topics including the following: <br />- Discussion on accessibility issues in transportation, specifically para - transit (10 min) <br />6. Communication No. 2015 -34: Preliminary Draft Annual Report May 2014 to April 2015: <br />Hans Santiago will inform the AC on the progress of the Annual Report. The AC will discuss <br />the draft report and recommend changes as necessary. <br />(15 min) <br />7. Building in Puna Brochure: Elmer Solis will update the AC on the continued development of <br />a Grubbing and Grading Brochure. (15 min) <br />8. Alternating locations of AC meetings: Hans Santiago will inform the AC on the availability <br />of the Pahoa Community Center to hold AC meetings. Subsequently, the AC will discuss and <br />decide the possibility of alternating PCDP AC meetings between the Kea`au Community <br />Center and the Pahoa Community Center. (15 min) <br />9. Administrative Discussion on the Implications of AC Decisions: Susan Osborne will open a <br />discussion on AC decisions, letters of support, and recommendations. Discussion will focus on <br />the process the AC uses make decisions or recommendations and the implications of those <br />decisions.
