View Senior Center. <br />8. Kurtistown Park Improvements (PCDP 3.5.1b, 3.5.1c) <br />Champion: <br />The FY 2013 -14 CIP Budget included an appropriation of $1.15 million to recondition <br />the old baseyard site, resurface basketball and tennis courts, construct dugouts, and <br />improve emergency water spigot access. <br />10. Herbert Shipman Park Lighting Improvements (PCDP 3.5.3c.3(5)) <br />Champion: <br />The FY 2011 -2012 CIP Budget included an appropriation of $750,000 for the installation <br />of outdoor lighting for recreational functions of the park. <br />11.
