Adjournment (8:30PM) <br />Executive Session: The Game Management Advisory Commission anticipates it may <br />convene in one or more executive sessions regarding the above matters listed on the agenda, <br />pursuant to HRS Sections 92-4 and 92-5 (a)(4), for the purpose of consulting with the Board's <br />attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the Commission's powers, duties, privileges, <br />immunities, and liabilities. A 2/3 vote pursuant to HRS Section 92-4 is necessary to hold an <br />executive session. <br />Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (hereinafter "HRS") <br />§92-3.5, the Hawaii County Game Management Advisory Commission will be <br />conducting this Committee meeting via videoconference. Game Management Advisory <br />Commission members will be present at the following location(s), where the public is <br />invited to participate: <br />• Hawai'i County Building, Council Chambers, 25 Aupuni Street, First Floor, Suite <br />1401, Hilo, Hawaii, and <br />• West Hawaii Civic Center, Mayor's Conference Room, Building C, Second Floor <br />74-5044 Ane Keohokalole Highway, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii; or Council Conference <br />Room A <br />If audio stream between Hilo and Kona is lost for more than a short period of time, the <br />meeting will be terminated. <br />County of Hawaii is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer. <br />
