CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order at 9:10am. Thank you to Jessie for hosting <br />the CSW at the Ka‘u Resource and Distance Learning Center. <br /> <br />II. ROLL CALL <br /> <br />PRESENT EXCUSED <br />Hazel Beck, Chair Brooke Derby <br />Farrah-Marie Gomes, Secretary Debra Toledo-Ebreo <br />Mele Spencer, Treasurer Carol Kitaoka <br />Jessie Marques Renee Schoen (ex-officio) <br />Lee-Ann Heely <br />Cyd Hoffeld (ex-officio) <br /> <br />A quorum was present. <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />A. Cyd moved to approve the agenda, Jessie seconded. The agenda was <br />approved as submitted. <br /> <br />IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />A. Jessie moved to approve the July 17, 2015 meeting minutes. Mele <br />seconded. The minutes were approved as submitted. <br /> <br />V. TREASURER’S REPORT <br />A. Mele reported on the July Financials. She has confirmed with the <br />Prosecuting Attorney’s office that the CSW’s FY16 budget is $8,085. <br />B. Mele provided an overview of the proposed budget for FY16. Line items <br />can be adjusted later based on how the CSW decides to proceed with <br />projects. <br />C.
